SAN ANTONIO, March 27 (UPI) -- Tony Parker scored 18 points Friday and was one of seven San Antonio players in double figures, lifting the Spurs to a 111-98 win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

San Antonio won its third in a row and increased its lead in the Southwest Division to 1 ½ games over idle Houston.

Manu Ginobili added 14 points and both Tim Duncan and Michael Finley had 13. It was the Spurs' 12th consecutive victory over the Clippers.

Los Angeles lost for the fourth time in five games, the only win in that stretch coming in overtime Wednesday against New York. Mike Taylor led the Clippers with 23 points.

The Clippers' Marcus Camby left early in the first quarter with an ankle injury and did not return.
