ST. LOUIS, March 24 (UPI) -- Patrik Berglund scored twice in the third and Chris Mason stopped 22 shots for his 17th career shutout Tuesday in a 2-0 St. Louis win over the LA Kings.

St. Louis, hoping to return to post-season play after a three-year absence, is one point out of the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
