CALGARY, Alberta, March 24 (UPI) -- Mike Cammalleri had a goal and two assists Monday night and the Calgary Flames beat Detroit 5-3.

Curtis Glencross, Dion Phaneuf, Craig Conroy and Jamie Lundmark scored goals and Miikka Kiprusoff made 30 stops for the Flames, who won for just the third time in their last eight games but, with 90 points, still maintain a five-point lead over second-place Vancouver in the Northwest Division.

Johan Franzen had a goal and an assist, and Pavel Datsyuk and Jiri Hudler each scored a goal for the Red Wings, who had won four straight coming into the contest.

Detroit's starting goalie, Chris Osgood, was pulled after letting in three goals on 14 shots. Ty Conklin gave up one goal on 12 shots the rest of the way.

The Red Wings have 105 points and are just one point behind the San Jose Sharks for the best record in the NHL.

The Flames led 3-1 after two periods and posted what turned out to be the decisive goal at 5:31 of the third when Glencross scored on a feed from Conroy.
