PORTLAND, Ore., March 24 (UPI) -- Andre Miller had 27 points, 10 rebounds and a key basket in overtime Monday, leading the Philadelphia 76ers to a 114-108 win over Portland.
Andre Iguodala and Thaddeus Young scored 25 points each and Reggie Evans had 12 points and seven boards for the Sixers, who have won six of their last eight games and are in sixth place in the Eastern Conference playoff chase.
LaMarcus Aldridge had 24 points and 12 rebounds, Steve Blake had 22 points and Rudy Fernandez scored 19 for the Trail Blazers, who are deadlocked with the Utah Jazz for the sixth spot in the West.
Portland went up 98-96 with a half a minute left in regulation on a Greg Oden jam off a pass from Blake, but Iguodala hit two free throws to tie it and the game went into overtime when Brandon Roy's last second shot for Portland fell short.
Portland was ahead 103-102 with just over two minutes left in the extra session when Miller followed his own miss with a basket to give the 76ers the lead. A slam by Iguodala and a tip-in by Young extended the Philadelphia lead and the Sixers made it stand up.
