AUBURN HILLS, Mich., March 22 (UPI) -- Udonis Haslem hit a jump shot to put Miami ahead with 6 seconds to play and the Heat held on Sunday to down the Detroit Pistons 101-96.

Haslem's shot made it 97-96 and the Heat closed the scoring with four free throws.

Dwyane Wade led all scorers with 39 points. Jamario Moon added 17 and Haslem had 16 for Miami.

Rodney Stuckey scored 24 points and Antonio McDyess contributed 16 points and 12 assists for the Pistons, who have lost six of their last nine games.
