AUBURN HILLS, Mich., March 20 (UPI) -- A career-high, 22-point effort from Will Bynum Friday helped the Detroit Pistons pull away late for a 108-90 decision over the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Pistons have defeated the Clippers in each of their last 13 meetings.

Detroit played without four of its top five scorers -- missing Rodney Stuckey (flu), Richard Hamilton (groin), Allen Iverson (back) and forward Rasheed Wallace (calf).

Anthony McDyess picked up the slack by scoring 24 points to go with 17 rebounds. Detroit, which holds down the seventh spot in the Eastern Conference standings, had lost three in a row.

Eric Gordon led the Clippers with 22 points.

Detroit trailed by three early in the third quarter before going on a 7-0 run. The Pistons also scored the final eight points of the game.

The Clippers have lost their last seven road games.
