DALLAS, March 18 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki scored 30 points Tuesday in leading the Dallas Mavericks to a 103-101 victory over the Detroit Pistons.

Erick Dampier added 16 points and 13 rebounds and Jason Terry 18 points for the Mavericks.

Tayshaun Prince led the Pistons with 28 points and seven rebounds. Rodney Stuckey added 17 points and seven assists for Detroit, which has lost three of four without center Rasheed Wallace (calf).
