NHL: N.Y. Rangers 4, Montreal 3 (SO)

MONTREAL, March 17 (UPI) -- Chris Drury scored the game-winner in the third round of an overtime shootout Tuesday to give the New York Rangers a 4-3 win over Montreal.

Montreal's Andrei Markov began the round with a goal to tie the shootout at 2-2 but Drury then beat Carey Price with a shot from the slot to win the game for New York.

Nik Antropov, Nikolai Zherdev and Ryan Callahan scored in regulation for the Rangers, who have won three of their last four games. New York's Henrik Lundqvist stopped 26 shots.

Alex Kovalev, Maxim Lapierre and Markov each scored for the Canadiens, who have lost three in a row. Price made 39 saves for the losers.
