NHL: San Jose 1, Anaheim 0

ANAHEIM, Calif., March 15 (UPI) -- San Jose goaltender Evgeni Nabokov turned in his sixth shutout of the season Sunday, blocking 34 shots in a 1-0 Sharks victory over the Anaheim Ducks.

The win clinched a Western Conference playoff spot for San Jose, which has accumulated 100 points in 68 games.

Travis Moen scored for the Sharks late in the second period.

Jonas Hiller was the losing goalie, stopping 29 shots.
