DETROIT, March 12 (UPI) -- Olli Jokinen scored twice in regulation Thursday and then delivered the game-winner in a shootout, boosting the Calgary Flames to a 6-5 decision over Detroit.

Calgary rallied from a 4-1 deficit to take a 5-4 lead with 1:20 left in regulation on Jamie Lundmark's second goal of the contest. Daniel Cleary then tied it on a tip-in with 42 seconds left.

The Flames improved to 3-3 on a seven-game road trip that ends Saturday in Toronto. Miikka Kiprusoff earned his league-leading 40th win by making 40 saves.

Both teams scored once over the first two rounds of the shootout and Kiprusoff then stopped a shot by Jiri Hudler. Jokinen fired a wrist shot over the left shoulder of Ty Conklin to get the victory.

Jokinen opened the scoring with a power-play goal 5:33 into the game and tied the game at 4-4 with 3:31 left in the third period.

Detroit fired off a season-high 28 shots in the first period and managed only two goals.
