PORTLAND, Ore., March 10 (UPI) -- Brandon Roy had 27 points, six rebounds and five assists Monday night and the Portland Trail Blazers manhandled the Los Angeles Lakers 111-94.

The game was marred, however, by what appeared to be a serious injury to Portland's Rudy Fernandez, who was carried off the court on a stretcher and taken to a hospital after a flagrant foul by Trevor Ariza that resulted in the LA forward's ejected from the contest.

Travis Outlaw had 22 points, LaMarcus Aldridge had 16 points and 13 rebounds and Joel Przybilla kicked in 12 points and 18 rebounds for the Blazers, who won their 12th straight home game and improved their home record this season to 27-5.

Kobe Bryant scored 26 and Pau Gasol had 18 points and 13 rebounds for the Lakers, who lost for the first time in three games and ran their losing streak in Portland to seven games. The Lakers haven't won in Portland since Feb. 23, 2005.
