PHOENIX, March 9 (UPI) -- NBA Hall-of-Famer and TV analyst Charles Barkley was free Monday after serving three days in an Arizona jail for drunken driving.

Barkley, 45, whose sentence was reduced from 10 days, left the Tent City jail early Monday morning.

He began serving his sentence Saturday after having pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor DUI charge stemming from his Dec. 31 arrest. He had been found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.149, nearly twice the legal limit in Arizona, at the time of his arrest.
