PHILADELPHIA, March 7 (UPI) -- Joffrey Lupul had second- and third-period goals Saturday night and the Philadelphia Flyers topped the Nashville 4-1 to end a six-game Predators winning streak.
The Flyers rebounded from a listless 5-1 loss to Calgary Thursday. Lupul's goals gave him 20 this season, making him the sixth Flyer to reach that plateau.
Mike Richards scored his 25th (power play) and Claude Giroux also scored, while Martin Biron was credited with 31 saves on 32 shots in the Flyers' second victory in their last three outings.
Nashville's lone goal was scored by Martin Erat at 7:45 of the third.
Pekka Rinne was beaten four times on 26 shots for the Predators.
