PORTLAND, Ore., March 2 (UPI) -- LaMarcus Aldridge and Brandon Roy had 26 points apiece Sunday night and Portland beat San Antonio 102-84 despite Tim Duncan's return to the Spurs lineup.
Duncan -- who sat out three games with a right quad injury -- played just over 25 minutes Sunday and finished with 14 points.
Steve Blake had 15 points and six assists, and Channing Frey scored 12 for the Trail Blazers, who won their second straight game and their fifth out of seven.
Tony Parker led the Spurs anemic offense with 15 points. Roger Mason scored 13 and George Hill had 10 for San Antonio, which has lost two straight following a four-game winning streak.
Portland carried a 33-21 lead into the second quarter and then took off on a 13-0 run to open the period, sparked by a Rudy Fernandez 3-pointer. The advantage was 64-37 at the half and the lead remained well in double digits the rest of the way.
