NBA: Utah 102, Sacramento 89

SALT LAKE CITY, March 1 (UPI) -- Ronnie Brewer and Mehmet Okur had 26 points apiece Saturday night to lead the Utah Jazz past Sacramento 102-89.

Brewer pulled down seven rebounds and Okur grabbed five, while Deron Williams finished with 16 points and 11 assists for the Jazz, who won their seventh straight game.

Kevin Martin had 19 points, while Rashad McCants scored 17, Bobby Jackson had 14 and Francisco Garcia had 13 for the Kings, who lost for the fourth in their last five games.

The game was close for three quarters, but the Jazz went on an 11-0 run in the fourth period to take a 91-79 lead with a little more than 5 minutes left to play. The Kings did not get closer than nine points the rest of the game.

NBA Commissioner David Stern and longtime Jazz great Karl Malone were on hand before the game for a public viewing and funeral service for Jazz owner Larry Miller, who died Feb. 20 from complications of diabetes.

Under Miller's ownership since 1986, Utah has reached the playoffs 20 times, advancing to the Western Conference Finals six times and the NBA Finals twice.
