CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Mike Cammalleri had two goals Friday night and Miikka Kiprusoff was called on to make only 15 saves, boosting the Calgary Flames to a 4-1 win over Minnesota.

Kiprusoff has won a league-leading 37 times this season and he helped Calgary produce at least a point in its ninth straight game (7

After a scoreless first period, the Flames scored twice in the opening minute of the second period to take control.

After Cammalleri produced a goal 17 seconds into the period, Dion Phaneuf put a slapshot past Niklas Backstrom.

Backstrom allowed four goals on 29 shots.
