COL BKB: Memphis 58, Southern Miss 42

MEMPHIS, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- Robert Dozier had 18 points and seven rebounds Saturday, helping fourth-ranked Memphis forge a 58-42 victory over Southern Miss.

Tyreke Evans added 14 points and six rebounds for Memphis (26-3, 14-0 C-USA), which extended the nation's best winning streak to 20 games. The Tigers has already clinched the Conference USA regular season title for a fourth consecutive season.

Jeremy Wise and R.L. Horton each scored 14 points to pace Southern Miss (14-14, 4-10), which has lost eight of its last nine games. No other player reached double figures for the Golden Eagles.
