EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Devin Harris delivered a 19-point fourth period and finished with 42 Wednesday, carrying New Jersey to a 111-99 win over Chicago.

Harris hit 14-of-23 shots from the field, following up his stunning half-court shot at the buzzer Monday night that gave New Jersey a win over Philadelphia.

The Nets outscored Chicago 37-21 in the final period and made all 25 of their attempts from the foul line. Bobby Simmons scored 18 points and Brook Lopez had 13.

New Jersey pulled even with Chicago at 26-32, tied for ninth in the Eastern Conference. They are 1 1/2 games behind Milwaukee in the fight for the conference's last playoff position.

Ben Gordon led Chicago with 17 points.

New Jersey trailed by four to start the fourth, but opened the period with a 7-2 run. Harris scored nine during a 12-0 surge later in the quarter that put the game away.
