SACRAMENTO, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Chris Paul had 27 points and 13 assists Monday night to lead the New Orleans Hornets to a 112-105 victory over Sacramento.

Tyson Chandler, who had missed 16 games due to an ankle sprain, returned to the lineup for New Orleans, scoring 15 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. David West finished with 24 points, nine rebounds, five assists and four blocks, and Peja Stojakovic had 18 points and eight rebounds for the Hornets, who carried a two-game losing streak into the contest.

Kevin Martin led all scorers with 32 points, 24 of them in the fourth quarter, but it wasn't enough to keep Sacramento from losing its eighth game out of its last nine.
