NBA: Cleveland 99, Detroit 78

CLEVELAND, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- Delonte West connected on all five of his 3-point shots and finished with 25 points for the Cleveland Cavaliers Sunday in a 99-78 win over the Detroit Pistons.

West played in his first game since he broke his right wrist in mid-January.

LeBron James added 20 points and nine assists, Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 16 points and Wally Szczerbiak 15 for the Cavs, who have won four straight games.

Allen Iverson tallied 14 points, Walter Herrmann 13 and Jason Maxiell and Richard Hamilton 11 each in the Pistons' sixth straight defeat.
