MEMPHIS, Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Top-seeded Andy Roddick beat Lleyton Hewitt, 2-6, 7-6 (7-4), 6-4, in a semifinal match Saturday at the Regions Morgan Keegan tennis championships in Memphis.

Roddick bounced back after dropping the first set against the former world No. 1 in the first meeting between the two since 2006. He stroked 16 service aces in the two hour, 11-minute match.

Roddick will appear in his fourth career final at Memphis. He won it in 2002 and was the runner-up in 2003 and '07.

His opponent, No. 5 seed Radek Stepanek of the Czech Republic, easily topped unseeded Dudi Sela of Israel, 6-3, 6-1.

Sunday's Roddick-Stepanek winner will earn $300,000. Roddick won four of their previous five matches.
