COL BKB: Pittsburgh 80, DePaul 61

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 21 (UPI) -- Sophomore DeJuan Blair had 20 points and 18 rebounds Saturday to carry the fourth-ranked Pittsburgh Panthers to an 80-61 win over DePaul.

Pittsburgh (25-2, 12-2 Big East), which beat top-ranked Connecticut Monday, is expected to move up to No. 1 in the next ranking, after No. 3 North Carolina lost at Maryland Saturday.

Sam Young had 16 points and Tyrell Biggs 13 in Pitt's seventh straight victory.

The DePaul Blue Demons (8-19, 0-14) haven't won since Dec. 28, a span of 14 games. Dar Tucker led DePaul with 18 points, eight rebounds and five assists.
