MIAMI, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade has sued his estranged wife for libel for claiming he gave her a sexually transmitted disease, court records show.
Wade, 27, charged that Siohvaughn Wade, who also claimed adultery, had damaged his reputation by knowingly making false claims in divorce proceedings filed in Chicago's Cook County Circuit Court.

She later withdrew the charge, the Chicago Sun-Times said Thursday.
Wade also named the divorce lawyers in his $200,000 lawsuit.
An attorney for Siohvaughn Wade said the charges may be added back to the divorce suit.
