LOS ANGELES, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Pau Gasol's third career triple-double offset Kobe Bryant's off night Tuesday and the Los Angeles Lakers came away with a 96-83 win over Atlanta.

Gasol compiled 12 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists, while Bryant had just 10 points on 4-of-12 shooting for his lowest point total since a six-point performance Feb. 5, 2008, against New Jersey.

The Lakers also got 15 points and 20 rebounds from Lamar Odom.

Los Angeles won this game by out-rebounding the Hawks 67-39 and holding them to just 36.9 percent shooting from the field.

Joe Johnson had 14 points, Josh Smith scored 13 and Marvin Williams 10 for the Hawks.

Los Angeles led by nine at halftime and put the game out of reach with a 16-2 run to open the third quarter.
