NHL: Florida 4, New Jersey 0

SUNRISE, Fla., Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Tomas Vokoun made 36 saves to post his fifth shutout of the season Tuesday, a 4-0 Florida victory over New Jersey.

Stephen Weiss and Richard Zednik each had a goal and an assist for the Panthers, who have won four of their last five games.

Scott Clemmensen allowed four goals on 28 shots for the Devils, whose four-game win streak ended. In addition, New Jersey had a seven-game road win streak snapped. The club had not lost as the visitor since Jan. 11 at Anaheim.
