NHL: Buffalo 4, Toronto 1

TORONTO, Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Drew Stafford scored twice on power plays Tuesday, powering the Buffalo Sabres' 4-1 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Daniel Paille and Matt Ellis also scored for the Sabres, who have won two of their last three games. Ryan Miller made 27 saves in the victory.

Pavel Kubina scored the only goal for the Maple Leafs. Justin Pogge allowed four goals on 30 shots in the losing effort.
