NHL: New Jersey 6, San Jose 5

NEWARK, N.J., Feb. 15 (UPI) -- Dave Clarkson's second goal of the game with 3:32 to play Sunday turned out to be the winner for the New Jersey Devils in a 6-5 decision over San Jose.

Brian Rolston and Brian Gionta each scored a goal and added two assists in the Devils' fourth straight victory.

Jamie Langenbrunner and Patrik Elias scored New Jersey's other goals, and each contributed an assist.

Patrick Marleau, Rob Blake, Jonathan Cheechoo, Devin Setoguchi and Joe Pavelski scored for the Sharks, who have lost six of seven contests.

Devils goalie Scott Clemmensen was credited with 27 stops and San Jose's Evgeni had 23.
