LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Elgin Baylor, the NBA Hall of Famer and former longtime Los Angeles Clippers executive, has accused team owner Donald Sterling of decades-long racism.

In a civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, Baylor alleged that Sterling had embraced a "vision of a Southern plantation-type structure," the Los Angeles Times reported.

Baylor, who worked for the Clippers for 22 years, also named the team, the NBA and Clippers President Andy Roeser in his suit.
