
CLEVELAND, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Lamar Odom scored 28 points and an ailing Kobe Bryant had 19 for the Los Angeles Lakers Sunday in a 101-91 win at Cleveland.
Odom tallied 15 of his points in the third quarter and finished the contest with 17 rebounds.
Bryant suffered from what appeared to be flu-like symptoms and received medical assistance at halftime.
Pau Gasol added 18 points along with 12 rebounds and six assists. Derek Fisher had 13 points for the Lakers, who concluded a perfect six-game road trip that included an overtime win over defending NBA champion Boston Thursday.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas led the Cavaliers with 22 points. Mo Williams had 19, and LeBron James hit just five of 20 shots from the field and finished with 16 points. Wally Szczerbiak also scored 16.
