NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Derrick Rose paced six players in double figures with 21 points Wednesday, carrying Chicago to a 107-93 triumph over Chicago.
The Bulls won for the fourth time in five games and are 4-2 on a seven-game road trip that concludes Saturday in Dallas.
New Orleans suffered its fourth straight loss, the Hornets' longest skid of the season.
Ben Gordon added 19 points for Chicago, Joakim Noah had 16 and Tyrus Thomas 15. Chicago took a 19-point lead into the fourth quarter and the Hornets came no closer than 10 during the final period.
David West and Peja Stojakovic both scored 24 for New Orleans, which played without leading scorer Chris Paul. He suffered a groin injury in Monday's loss to Portland and has been listed as day-to-day.
