ROSWELL, Ill., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Jerome Dyson scored 18 points Wednesday and second-ranked Connecticut coasted to a 71-49 triumph over DePaul.
The Huskies have won eight in a row since their only loss of the season -- that coming against Georgetown. Connecticut faces a difficult road trip game Monday against No. 7 Louisville, which is unbeaten in the Big East Conference.

Jeff Adrien added 12 points and 13 rebounds for the Huskies (19-1, 8-1 Big East).
DePaul (8-13, 0-8), which has dropped eight in a row, was led by Dar Tucker with 20 points.
Connecticut led by only six points at halftime, but went on a 13-5 run early in the second period to take charge. DePaul made only 6-of-25 shots in the second half.
