NHL: Anaheim 7, Phoenix 3

GLENDALE, Ariz., Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Two goals each from Corey Perry and Chris Kunitz boosted the Anaheim Ducks to a 7-3 win over the Phoenix Coyotes.

Rob Niedermayer, Travis Moen and Bobby Ryan also scored for the Ducks, who had lost their previous two games. Jonas Hiller made 23 saves.

Phoenix got two goals from Shane Doan and one from Mikkel Boedker. Ilya Bryzgalov gave up all seven goals on 37 shots.

Anaheim took control in the second period, scoring twice within 45 seconds on shots by Kunitz and Niedermayer for a 4-2 lead. Although Doan's second score got the Coyotes with 4-3, Moen made it a two-goal margin again just before then end of the period, and Anaheim added two more in the final period.
