SYRACUSE, N.Y., Jan. 25 (UPI) -- Earl Clark led a 10-0 game-ending spurt Sunday, keying 12th-ranked Louisville's 67-57 win over No. 8 Syracuse.
The victory extended Louisville's winning streak to seven games and was Syracuse's second straight loss. The Cardinals have not lost since Dec. 31.
After Eric Devendorf's three-pointer with 2:54 left gave Syracuse a 55-54 lead, Clark followed with a trey of his own seconds later to start Louisville's run.
Clark scored five of his team-high 16 points in the final 2 minutes.
Terrence Williams totaled 15 points, nine rebounds, three assists and five steals. Edgar Sosa scored 13 points, and Clark added 13 rebounds and five assists, negating seven personal turnovers for the Cardinals (15-3, 6-0 Big East).
It was the first win ever at Syracuse's Carrier Dome for both Louisville and its coach, Rick Pitino.
Devendorf led Syracuse with 20 points and three assists.
Jonny Flynn scored 12 with four assists, while Arinze Onuaku added 11 points and nine rebounds for the Orange (17-4, 5-3).
