NORMAN, Okla., Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Blake Griffin produced 27 points and 18 rebounds Wednesday in rallying No. 5 Oklahoma from a halftime deficit to a 72-61 victory over Nebraska.

Griffin hit 11-of-16 shots from the field, bringing Oklahoma its sixth straight win since a surprise setback to Arkansas. Austin Johnson added 15 for the Sooners (18-1, 4-0 Big 12).

Ryan Anderson led Nebraska (12-5, 2-2) with 19 points. The Cornhuskers had won five of their previous six games.

Oklahoma trailed by six at the break, but the Sooners moved in front midway through the period and pulled away down the stretch. Griffin's basket with 2:22 to go gave Oklahoma a 61-55 lead.
