CHICAGO, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Chris Mason made 21 saves in recording his second shutout of the season Wednesday, lifting St. Louis to a 2-0 victory over Chicago.

The Blues got goals from Jeff Woywitka and Keith Tkachuk to win for the third time in four games. St. Louis, however, enters the All-Star break in last place in the Central Division.

Cristobal Huet made 27 saves in taking the loss. Chicago has dropped three out of four.

St. Louis owned a 16-3 shot advantage in the opening period, but did not score until 1:55 remained in the stanza. Woywitka fired a blast that trickled through Huet's pads.

It was Mason's 14th career shutout and his second with the Blues.
