PITTSBURGH, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Troy Polamalu picked off a pass and ran 40 yards for a touchdown late in the game Sunday, finishing off a 23-14 Pittsburgh win over Baltimore for the AFC title.

The Steelers will try to win their sixth Super Bowl -- and second since 2006 -- Feb. 1 against the Arizona Cardinals, who won the NFC with a 32-25 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.

Pittsburgh had a 16-14 lead when Polamalu snared a pass from Ravens' rookie quarterback Joe Flacco and ran to the end zone.

The Steelers' defense forced three turnovers in the fourth quarter.

Ben Roethlisberger connected on 16-of-33 passes for 255 yards and a 62-yard touchdown to Santonio Holmes and Jeff Reed hit three field goals for the Steelers (14-4).

Flacco was 13-of-30 passing for 141 yards and was intercepted three times.

Willis McGahee ran for two touchdowns for the Ravens (13-6) before he was injured and carried off the field on a stretcher late in the fourth quarter.
