Johnson, the 2007 Masters champ, finished at 10-under 200 for a one-stroke edge over David Toms (65), Shigeki Maruyama (68), Brian Gay (68) and Nathan Green (69).

Fujikawa wound up another shot back at 202 to share sixth place with George McNeill (65), Boo Weekley (67) and Charles Howell III (67).

Adam Scott (66) and Mercedes-Benz winner Geoff Ogilvy (68) were tied with Kevin Na (66) at 7-under 203.
