COL BKB: Ohio State 65, Michigan 58

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Jan. 17 (UPI) -- Evan Turner had 19 points and eight rebounds Saturday night to lead Ohio State to a 65-58 upset win over No. 24 Michigan.

B.J. Mullens and William Buford scored 15 points each and Turner had six assists for the Buckeyes (13-3, 3-2 Big Ten), who have won three straight games.

Manny Harris had 21 points, seven rebounds and six assists for Michigan (13-5, 3-3). Stu Douglass scored12 points and DeShawn Sims had 10 for the Wolverines, who lost their second straight game.

Ohio State started the game on a 7-0 run and led 27-16 at one point in the first half. Michigan fought back to cut the deficit to 29-25 at intermission and then tied the game 32-32 at 5:18 of the second half.

The Wolverines went up 44-40 but the Buckeyes went on a 17-3 run.
