Knicks' Curry stunned by driver's lawsuit

NEW YORK, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- New York Knicks center Eddy Curry says he is incredulous at the tawdry accusations contained in a lawsuit filed against him by his former driver.

The suit was filed in New York by David Kuchinsky, who alleges Curry, who is married and has children, repeatedly made sexual advances toward him and made anti-Semitic remarks, the New York Post reported Tuesday.

"It's false, and everyone who knows me knows I'm not a racist," Curry said after Monday night's Knicks victory in New Orleans. "I've never made comments like that, playing, or nothing. That's incredible, man."

Kuchinsky is seeking nearly $100,000 in damages to cover alleged unpaid wages and expenses.

Curry's lawyers told the Post Kuchinsky had been calling about money he said was owed him for several months and portrayed Kuchinsky as having a criminal record and a "troubled past."
