WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Jan. 11 (UPI) -- Fourteenth-ranked Purdue, led by JaJuan Johnson's 20 points, took the lead with a 9-0 first-half surge Sunday and went on to beat Wisconsin 65-52.
Robbie Hummel scored 16 points for the Boilermakers (12-4, 1-2 Big Ten).
Joe Krabbenhoft had 13 points and Trevon Hughes, Jon Leur and Marcus Landry nine each for Wisconsin.
The Badgers (12-4, 3-1) had started their Big Ten schedule with wins over Michigan, Penn State and Northwestern.
