Julien, McLellan to coach NHL all-stars

NEW YORK, Jan. 10 (UPI) -- The Boston Bruins' Claude Julien and San Jose Sharks' Todd McLellan will be the head coaches in the NHL All-Star Game, the league announced Saturday.

Julien will lead the Eastern Conference squad and McLellan will coach the Western Conference team in the Jan. 25 game in Montreal.

Selection of the coaches is determined by the top records at the season's halfway mark, which was Saturday.

Boston had 66 points and San Jose 65.
