Raptors trade Hassan Adams to Clippers

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- The Toronto Raptors traded guard-forward Hassan Adams to the Los Angeles Clippers Wednesday for a future second-round draft choice, the Clippers announced.

The 24-year-old Adams played in 12 games with the Raptors this season, averaging 4.3 minutes per contest.

Adams was drafted by the New Jersey Nets in 2006. He played in eight games, averaging 2.9 points.

Last season, Adams played for two teams in Italy.
