MIAMI, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan had 19 points and nine rebounds Monday to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 91-84 victory over Miami.

George Hill added 15 points and seven rebounds for the Spurs, who have won eight of nine and moved a game ahead of idle New Orleans in the NBA Southwest division.

Dwyane Wade had 24 points and 12 assists for the Heat, who have lost three of five. Shawn Marion added 15 points and seven rebounds and Michael Beasley had 15 points and 12 rebounds for Miami.
