PROVO, Utah, Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Jeff Teague scored 30 points Saturday to lead sixth-ranked Wake Forest to a 94-87 win and BYU's first home loss in over three years.

BYU had won 53 consecutive home games, with the last home loss coming against Loyola Marymount in the 2005-06 home opener.

James Johnson added 22 points and 15 rebounds for the Demon Deacons (13-0), who are undefeated through 13 games for the first time since 1996-97.

Jimmer Fredette had 23 points and nine assists for the Cougars (11-2). Jonathan Tavernari added 18 points and nine rebounds and Lee Cummard 17 points and eight rebounds.
