Former NBA player Orlando Woolridge arrested for theft

CINCINNATI, Dec. 31 (UPI) -- Brad Redford scored all of his points from long range Wednesday and No. 22 Xavier bounced back from two straight losses to defeat Robert Morris 78-57.
Redford scored 15 points, as did Jason Love -- who recorded a career high. Xavier (10-2) had won its first nine games of the season before falling to Duke and Butler.
Robert Morris (6-7) was led by Jeremy Chappell with 17 and Rob Robinson with 12.
Xavier enjoyed an early 11-point run, owned a 31-15 advantage with 8:15 remaining in the first half and settled for a 45-27 halftime lead.
Robert Morris came no closer than 12 in the second half.
