Tommie Harris' wife dies

MIAMI, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Miami, led by Dwyane Wade's 21 points and 12 assists, spoiled LeBron James' 24th birthday Tuesday with a 104-95 win over Cleveland.
Mario Chalmers was 6-of-7 from three-point range in a 21-point, eight-assist showing for the Heat, who have won five of their last six games. Daequan Cook had 17 points with 5-of-7 three-point shooting, Shawn Marion had 14 points and 11 rebounds, and Udonis Haslem 13 points and 10 rebounds for Miami.
James scored 38 points for the Cavaliers, who ended a six-game winning streak. Delonte West added 20 points for Cleveland.
