NFL: Green Bay 31, Detroit 21

GREEN BAY, Wis., Dec. 28 (UPI) -- Aaron Rodgers threw three scoring passes for Green Bay, which dumped the Detroit Lions 31-21 Sunday, making them the first NFL team to go 0-16.

Rodgers was 21-for-31 for 225 yards and was picked off twice.

Donald Driver caught six passes for 11 yards and a touchdown for Packers (6-10), who missed the playoffs in their first season after quarterback Brett Favre left for the New York Jets.

Dan Orlovsky completed 22-of-42 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns for the Lions (0-16). Orlovsky also threw two interceptions.

Calvin Johnson had nine catches for 102 yards and two scores for Detroit.

The Lions have lost 17 straight games going back to the end of last season.
