COL FB: Florida State 42, Wisconsin 13

ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Christian Ponder passed for two TDs and Florida State's defense added two more Saturday in a 42-13 win over Wisconsin in the Champs Sports Bowl.

Ponder was 18-for-31 passing for 199 yards. Dekoda Watson and Derek Nicholson each returned a fumble for a touchdown for the Seminoles (9-4).

Greg Carr and Caz Piurowski each had a receiving touchdown and Carlton Jones and Antone Smith each had a rushing touchdown for Florida State, which was making its 27th straight bowl appearance, the longest active streak in the nation.

P.J. Hill rushed for 140 yards and Dustin Sherer completed 9-of-16 passes for 132 yards and a touchdown for the Badgers (7-6).

Philip Welch kicked two field goals for Wisconsin.
