The arrest report for the Jaguars player said Bain's license had been revoked for four traffic offenses he allegedly committed this year. Among the earlier alleged traffic transgressions by Bain was driving under the influence.

Bond in Bain's case was set at $200.

The Times-Union said Bain was signed by the Jaguars after spending time on the practice squads of both the Arizona Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs last year.

Prior to his limited NFL career, Bain played at the University of Miami and Virginia's Hampton University.
