COL BKB: Marquette 68, N.C. State 65

RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Dominic James sank a three-pointer with 0.4 seconds remaining Monday to give No. 25 Marquette a 68-65 win over North Carolina State.

Jerel McNeal led the scoring for the Marquette Golden Eagles (10-2) with 20 points. James added 18 points and Lazar Hayward had 16 points.

The Wolfpack (7-2) were paced by Brandon Costner who had 24 points, eight rebounds and four assists in the loss.
